COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater City Planning Commission is scheduled to consider a request from Tommy’s House Ministries on Monday night.
Tommy’s House is seeking a Special Land Use Permit for property at 50 North Clay Street so that a six bed transitional residential home for women who have been released from incarceration can be developed.
City staff is recommending approval of the request. They cite the previous authorization by the Plan Commission of a residential homeless shelter and transitional residence for Damascus Road Ministries at 62 Division Street which is in a similar zoned area.
Also on Mondays agenda will be administrative site plan reviews for parking lots at JT’s Bar and Grill and at P.S. Food Mart.
