COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Coldwater man was told to serve a sentence of between 95 months and 15 years on Monday in Branch County Circuit Court after he entered a no contest plea about two months ago to a charge of third degree criminal sexual conduct.
22-year-old Matthew Williams was charged following an incident last June with a two year old girl.
In exchange for the no contest plea, four other charges were dismissed by prosecutors.
