COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Quincy man was arraigned on Monday in Branch County District Court after he allegedly assaulted his 95-year-old grandmother last month.
37-year-old Matthew Teeters is facing a charge of third degree vulnerable adult abuse. If Teeters is convicted, he could have his sentence enhanced for being an habitual offender.
Teeters is free on a $10,000 bond. A probable cause hearing has been set for May 19th in District Court while a preliminary exam is scheduled for May 26th.
