COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The annual memorial service hosted by Community Health Center of Branch County Hospice has been scheduled for May 3rd at 7:00 pm at the Community Care and Conference Center.
The service will be open to the general public. It does not require that the passed loved one be a former hospice patient.
The service will include a readings, music, reflections and remembrance.
Those who are planning to take part are encouraged to provide a picture to the CHC Hospice department by April 22nd.
They can also bring a picture of the person they wish to honor at the time of the memorial.
