COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Coldwater man was arraigned on two charges including a First Degree Home Invasion count on Thursday in Branch County District Court. 27-year-old Michael James Pierson was charged following an investigation by Coldwater Police into an alleged incident on or about January 13, 2016 on Peckham Street.
Bond for Pierson was set at $25,000 and no contact orders were issued on behalf of three persons.A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 24 with a preliminary exam set for March 31, 2016.
