DETROIT, MI (WTVB) – Detroit Red Wings forward Tyler Bertuzzi is getting a raise for the 2020-21 season.
Bertuzzi was awarded $3.5 million for a one-year contract in salary arbitration yesterday. Last season, Bertuzzi was paid $1.4 million and led Detroit with 21 goals and a career-high 48 points. The 2013 draft pick has 119 points in 199 games for the Wings.
Bertuzzi is eligible to become a restricted free agent again after next season.
