A foreclosure sale for the former Bronson Golf Club will be held Thursday, March 31 at 10:00 a.m. atthe Branch County Courthouse. A published notice says the Bronson Golf Club LLC defaulted on a $629,725.20 loan from Century Bank and Trust.
The notice says the property in Bronson Township will be sold to the highest bidder to pay the amount of due on the mortgage, together with interest at 4.25%, legal costs, attorney fees, taxes, and insurance.
