COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Results from an on line survey of 325 Coldwater Board of Public Utilties residential customers were presented to the B.P.U. Board of Directors on Wednesday night.
In partnership with GreatBlue Research Inc., the digital survey was conducted between May 15 and June 2, 2023.
Abbey Hoffman from the City of Coldwater’s Department of Community Engagement told the Board respondents were surveyed on several different aspects of the utility.
She said the CBPU scored higher in customer satisfaction when compared to other utilities.
Respondents were asked an open ended question about how the CBPU can improve customer relationships. Hoffman said respondents wanted rates and costs to be lowered and that there should be better communications.
