Sue Ann Morris, 69, of Quincy, passed away Sunday, August 6, 2023, at her home.
A celebration of Sue’s life will be held Friday, August 11, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater with Pastor Terry Siler officiating. Visitation will be held, prior to the service, beginning at 1:00PM at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Sue was born June 16, 1954, in Mason, MI to Rex & Louise (Merringer) Russell. She married Dennis J. Morris on August 6, 1999, in Coldwater, MI.
Sue worked at various local retail businesses and was a cook at the former Quality Inn for many years. She enjoyed making ceramics, working crossword puzzles and searching out garage sales. Sue loved her cats, and her grandchildren held a special place in her heart.
Sue is survived by her husband Dennis; her children Jason Shoemaker of Coldwater, Kelly (Andre) Babbit of Quincy, Kevin Morris of Coldwater, Kathern (Drew) Duncan of Coldwater; her grandchildren Ellysa Shoemaker, Ryan Morris, Hannah Duncan, Nikya Babbit and one great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Bob Russell.
