COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – In Branch County high school sports, there’s boys and girls basketball tonight with some teams playing their first games since before the holiday break last month and that includes Coldwater as the Cardinals start the New Year with non-conference action against Kalamazoo Loy Norrix. The boys travel to Kalamazoo while the girls host the Knights in Coldwater.
WTVB will air the boys contest with live coverage beginning with the pre-game show at 7 p.m. You can also listen on-line with the audio streaming at wtvbam.com. The varsity games are scheduled to tip-off at 7:15 p.m. following the junior varsity and freshman action.
Also on tonight’s schedule, in girls only games, in the Big 8, it’s Quincy at Jonesville while Union City hosts Reading. And in a non-conference matchup, Bronson plays at home against Prairie Heights, Indiana.
