DETROIT, MI (WTVB) – In girls highj school basketball, the Coldwater Lady Cardinals will put their unbeaten record on the line Friday morning against Waterford Kettering in the Motor City Roundball Classic.
All of the girls games are being played at Detroit Collegiate Preparatory Academy which used to be Northwestern High School.
Coldwater is 5-0 after rallying from a 14 point deficit on December 19th to defeat Kalamazoo Central in overtime.
The Lady Cardinals will play two games in the tournament. They will take on Detroit Renaissance Saturday morning.

Meanwhile, Union City’s boys and girls basketball teams will face Battle Creek Saint Phillip as part of the Central Fieldhouse Classic at Battle Creek Central this afternoon. The girls game will start at 2:00pm with the boys game at 4:00pm.
In a boys junior varsity game on Thursday, Union City defeated Battle Creek St. Phillip 42-4. Brandon Roberts had 21 points for the Chargers.
