LEONIDAS TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) -The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department have released a few details of a crash which took place last Friday in Leonidas Township.
They say an accident involving a pickup truck and a horse and buggy took place in the 5200 block of Correll Road.
The two adults and four children on the buggy were taken to a Kalamazoo area hospital.
The Sheriff’s Department did not say in their press release which was issued four days after the accident how serious the injuries were or how the crash took place.
They also did not release any names of those involved.
Deputies say the 55-year-old driver of the pickup was arrested and lodged in the St. Joseph County for operating while intoxicated.
