Dallas Deloris Kinsey, 75, of Quincy, passed away Thursday, September 14, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family.
In keeping with Dallas’ wishes, she will be cremated and a celebration of life gathering will be hosted by the family at the Quincy Park, just north of the tracks downtown.
A date will be announced soon.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
