COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Community Health Center of Branch County Board of Trustees took care of a few housekeeping matters on Monday night as their final public meeting only lasted for 10 minutes.
They approved a resolution which allows for the Community Health Center Foundation to merge into the ProMedica Foundation.
They also approved a request to keep the entire 2017 CHC Board of Trustees roster in place until January 30th. At that time, the ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital Board appointments will take effect. Those appointments were approved by the ProMedica Board of Trustees last month.
The new ProMedica board will meet in private every couple of months.
ProMedica will take over control of the hospital at 12:01 a.m. on January 1st.
