COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Board of Directors of Century Bank and Trust have announced the addition of Robert Brothers and William Pridgeon to the board for both the bank and its holding company, Century Financial Corporation.
Brothers had previously served 11 years on both Boards of Directors. In 2015, he embarked on a planned sailing trip around the world with his wife, Lori, which required him to resign his directorships.
With their trip successful, Brothers is back and is active in St. Joseph County with his law firm Brothers Law Office.
Pridgeon is an owner and operator of Pridgeon Farms, LLC, a family-owned swine and crop farming business based in Branch and Hillsdale counties. Besides his agri-business career, Pridgeon serves on state and regional agricultural boards and committees.
