COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Community Health Center of Branch County Board of Trustees will meet for the final time for 2017 this evening. It’s also the final meeting before ProMedica of Toledo takes over control of the hospital on New Year’s Day.
Once ProMedica takes over, the board will expand to at least 15 members.
The new members are Alicia Cole, Dr. Ronald Gibson, Dr. Richard Hartman, Christine Lewis, Cindy Longstreet and Kathy Merrill.
The expanded board may have as many as 18 members depending how many are appointed by ProMedica officials.
The Coldwater and Quincy Boards of Education are also scheduled to hold their final meetings of 2017 this evening.
