COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Intermediate School District Board of Education approved a one year lease with Branch County Wednesday for the northwest corner of the former Pines Behavioral Health Services building on Orleans Boulevard.
The lease would start January 1, 2018, and the space will house the Branch County Great Start Collaborative.
The rent will be $900 a month with the county being responsible for maintaining the premises.
The BISD will lease the 1,600 square foot space for four offices including a conference room. There would also be a bathroom and an entry way.
Pines Behavioral Health Services relocated to 200 Vista Drive, Coldwater earlier this year.
