COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Monday night’s Coldwater City Council agenda is light and routine.
Paul Plant of Taylor, Plant & Watkins along with City Finance Director Tom Eldridge will present the City and Coldwater Board of Public Utilities Financial Report for the year ending June 30, 2017.
The Council will also be asked to approve a request from City Manager Keith Baker to have Northern Initiatives administrate the city’s Community Development Block Grant Revolving Loan Fund.
They would replace Cinnaire Lending who is withdrawing as the Regional Fund Manager after serving in that capacity for the past four years.
Meanwhile, Baker announced on Monday that after getting responses from board members, the December meeting of the Downtown Development Authority board has been moved up a week to this Wednesday morning starting at 8:00 a.m
