COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – No serious accidents were reported in Branch County Saturday following the snow which fell during the early morning hours.
Minor injuries were reported in a slide off just before 4:00 a.m. on Orland Road near Pleasant Hill Road. No one was transported from the scene.
No injuries were reported in another slide off accident which took place minutes before at U.S. 12 and North Briggs Road.
From midnight Friday to midnight Saturday, there were a total of 11 property damage accidents that were reported to Branch County Central Dispatch.
Snowfall totals around southwest Michigan were mostly two to three inches with heavier amounts along the lakeshore.
