QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – Ground was broken this week for a new machine and fabrication shop on what is expected to be the last lot in the Quincy Industrial Park.
The 7,000 square foot facility will be the new home for Breco, Incorporated.
The small company which has customers in many industries is owned by Ken and Amanda Holroyd of Coldwater.
The company bought about one-and-a-half acres of land at 57 Cole Street next to the Village Hall earlier this year.
Village Manage Eric Zuzga says Parrish Excavating, which has built a new facility nearby, agreed to provide an easement to access the site from Cole Street.
