DEARBORN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The price for a gallon of gas in Michigan is down 12 cents from last week and down 75 cents from last year.
AAA Michigan says the average price is now $3.47 a gallon, which is also down 25¢ from last month. A 15-gallon fill up costs $52 on average in the state.
The most affordable gas is in Benton Harbor at $3.40, while Marquette has the most expensive at $3.58. AAA Michigan says to expect more price drops in the coming weeks and months if the price of crude oil continues to fall.
