BURR OAK TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – St. Joseph County Prosecutor John McDonough says the death of a Sturgis man earlier this week was a homicide.
The Sturgis Journal reports 69-year-old Larry Eugene Frohriep was found dead by a friend at about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday morning at his home on Maystead Road just south of Prairie River Lake.
The St. Joseph County Major Crimes Task Force was mobilized but authorities are being tight lipped about the details of the death.
