COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – After a 43-6-3 season which included an Interstate 8 championship, the Coldwater High School varsity girls volleyball team held their post season banquet Thursday night at Bill’s Grill House.
Jasmine Wellet was named the Most Valuable Player in the voting conducted by the players. Wellet was also named Outstanding Offensive Player while Drue Mullin was named Outstanding Defensive Player and Outstanding Passer.
Anna Tappenden was named Most Improved Player, Ellory Farmer was the Rookie of the Year and Samantha Rodesiler won the Super Spirit Award.
Making the Interstate 8 All Conference first team were Jasmine Wellet, Jamie Wellet, Drue Mullin and Tyler Scheid.
