BURR OAK, MI (WTVB) – Charges will be sought against four juveniles in St. Joseph County Juvenile Court following the arson of the Burr Oak gazebo on Saturday afternoon.
The Michigan State Police at Marshall report the fire took place at about 1:00 p.m. in the park area of village.
State Police say one of the juveniles involved videotaped the burning and posted it to a social media site.
