KENOSHA, WI (WTVB) – Coldwater distance runner Shuaib Aljabaly will be the first ever Coldwater cross-country runner to compete in the Foot Locker National Finals in San Diego, California on December 9th. Aljabaly was one of the ten qualifying individuals out of 222 hopefuls from 13 different states at last Saturday’s Midwest Foot Locker Regional Meet, held in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Aljabaly finished in 9th place behind the winner, Daniel Kilrea, from LaGrange, Ill. Aljabaly was also the only Michigan runner able to qualify for this prestigious meet.
