BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – It’s getting to be an annual event in Bronson.
After the Bronson girls volleyball team won their third straight state Class C championship Saturday, they were given a police and fire escort back into town.
A rally and celebration was held in the Bronson gym after the team arrived back at the school.
Each player thanked all those who provided them with support. Some could not hide their emotions as they spoke.
Head Coach Jean LeClair said she was proud of her team and excited for the parents, students and the community.
Bronson Superintendent Richard Hilderly said the team was committed to success.
