COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Coldwater man was formally charged with strangulation during an arraignment in Branch County District Court on Friday.
44-year-old Brian Allen Michael was arrested by Coldwater Police Thursday night following an alleged domestic incident with a woman.
An officer at the Branch County Jail says Michael is free after posting a $10,000 bond. A no contact order was issued on behalf of the alleged victim during Friday’s arraignment.
A probable cause hearing in District Court was scheduled for November 28th.
