COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch County Association of Realtors® hosted a legal update class on October 31 which attracted 46 members.
Becky Berke, ESQ from Michigan Realtors®, came to the ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital Conference Center to give an update on various topics.
Those topics covered Confidential Info, Recent Agency Case Law, Contract Basics as well as Compliance with the Law and Code of Ethics, Teams, Advertising, Earnest Money Deposits, AND Promotional Incentives.
Attendees earned two Legal Continuing Education Credits. Breakfast was catered by Tasteful Kreations and Marshall Community Credit Union for sponsored this event.
All additional food was donated to Tommy’s House in Coldwater.
