BATTLE CREEK, MI (WTVB) – The top-ranked Bronson Vikings will face eighth-ranked Calumet Friday afternoon in the MHSAA girls volleyball semifinals at Kellogg Arena in Battle Creek as Bronson’s drive for a third straight Class C state championship continues. The Vikings bring a 57-9-2 record into the 2:00 p.m. match. It’s the second straight year Bronson will face Calumet in the semifinals.
Bronson won last year’s match 3-0 by scores of 25-16, 25-16, 25-14. The winner of the Bronson-Calumet match will face either Wixom Saint Catherine or Laingsburg for the state championship at 12:00 noon on Saturday.
