COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A Coldwater teenager was sentenced Monday in Branch County Circuit Court after he entered guilty pleas to a pair of third degree criminal sexual conduct charges.
18-year-old Anthony Nunnally was given a one year jail sentence with credit for 109 days already served. He was also placed on probation for three years and was ordered to pay over $1,100 in fines and costs. Nunnally will also have to register as a sex offender with the State of Michigan.
In exchange for his guilty pleas, Branch County prosecutors dismissed nine other charges.
