BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – With practice for boys basketball teams in Michigan starting next Monday, Bronson has announced they have a new head coach. Damien Loveless replaces Dennis Gest as the coach of the Vikings boys basketball squad.
The 23-year-old Loveless graduated from Olivet High School in 2012 and Grand Valley State University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and education. He was a student assistant at Grand Valley.
Loveless worked numerous basketball camps before taking a head coach role for a Kalamazoo AAU team.
Tryouts and practices for girls basketball begin today across the state.
