(Reuters) – The U.S. International Trade Commission on Wednesday denied Apple’s motion to stay remedial orders pending appeal in its patent dispute with Masimo over technology that enables the blood oxygen feature on some of Apple’s smartwatches.
“The Commission has determined to deny Apple’s motion to stay the remedial orders pending appeal,” it said.
