CLEAR LAKE TOWNSHIP, IN (WTVB) – The owner of a home in northeast Steuben County which burned down last Wednesday is asking for the public’s help in trying to find her two lost dogs.
Donna Skiles says she got her dogs out of the burning home in the 6900 block of North 925 East but she doesn’t know if the dogs ran back into the house or if they got scared and ran off.
Their names are Pudge and Otis. One is a German Shepherd who only has three legs. Both of the dogs were wearing shock collars.
