PLEASANT LAKE, IN (WTVB) – A home near Pleasant Lake, Indiana blew up early Monday morning and fire investigators don’t know why.
WANE-TV reports the blast at the home on 150 West happened at about 12:30 a.m.
Neighbors and firefighters had to take cover when ammunition in the house started going off because of the heat.
No injuries were reported and no one was home at the time of the blast.
Firefighters from several departments worked throughout the wee hours of the morning to put out the flames.
While the official cause has not been determined, officials told WANE-TV the blast does not appear to be suspicious.
