LaMarr “Butch” Lynn Kaiser, 68, of Coldwater passed away Sunday, December 31, 2023.
The service will be held Monday, January 8, 2024 at 12 noon at Dutcher Funeral Home of Coldwater officiated by Pastor Terry Siler.
Prior to the service will be visitation from 10:00 a.m. -12 noon at Dutcher Funeral Home of Coldwater. Interment will follow the service at Snow Prairie Cemetery.
Butch was born September 16, 1955 to Raymond and Eleanor (Smullen) Kaiser in Coldwater, MI. He married Cindy (Halstead) Kaiser June 18, 1977 in Coldwater.
Butch worked on his family farm his whole life, growing corn, soybeans, and raising cattle. He also worked for HC Stark for over 25 years as a maintenance supervisor and later started his own maintenance company, L&K Service.
Butch was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, camping, riding his side by side, skeet shooting, taking trips up north with his friends, and mostly spending time with his family. He made an impact on many, and genuinely liked talking to people in the community.
LaMarr is survived by his wife, Cindy Kaiser of Coldwater; his children Sabrina Kaiser of Ohio, Erica (Marc) Shoop of Union City, MI, Chance (Tonya Field) Kaiser of Coldwater, and Cody (Travis Lawrence) Kaiser of Coldwater; his siblings Linda (Dan) Fennell of Scottsburg, IN, Sallie (John) Egan of Battle Creek, MI, and John Kaiser of Coldwater; his grandchildren Dylan (Cierra) Miller, Blake Miller, Makenzie Kaiser, Jason Shoop, Eleanor Shoop, Joeseff Green, Cooper Kaiser, Zed Kaiser, Mason Kaiser, Walker Lawrence, and great granddaughter Lakelyn Miller; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Bronson Fire Department.
