COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – McDonalds Restaurants in Branch County will be teaming up with the Branch County Coalition Against Domestic Violence on Saturday.
In an effort to educate the community about domestic violence, ribbons will be handed out along with 278-SAFE cards between 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Patrons will also be able to donate money and put their names on ribbons to show their support.
Domestic Violence Protection Day is part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.A portion of proceeds of sales for the day at the McDonalds Restaurants will also go toward the cause.
