BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – Bronson could not overcome a ten point halftime deficit while Union City kept their home record perfect in a pair of non-conference boys basketball games on Tuesday night.
The Vikings dropped to 6-3 as they lost at Parchment 53-48. Bronson fell behind 25-15 at halftime and only shot 37 percent from the floor for the game.
Kamron Brackett was the only Viking in double figures with 27 points. Drew Norton had nine points and seven rebounds while Dom Kiomento added eight points. Brackett and Boston Bucklin both had three steals.
Meanwhile, the Union City Chargers had “McNett Magic” working for them again as they defeated Colon in overtime 48-47.
The Chargers improved to 6-4 overall. That includes a 5-0 record so far this season at McNett Fieldhouse.
