COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Planning Commission approved the city’s new five year recreational Master Plan on Monday night and sent it on to the City Council.
City Planner Jake VanBoxel says the proposed plan would run from 2024 until 2029 and builds upon a previous plan.
Planning Commission member Jeff Budd gave it a thumbs up.
Local citizens provided input for the proposed plan during an online survey that was conducted between July 26 and October 1.
The proposed plan covers 43 pages and can be found in the Coldwater City Council December 11 meeting packet at www.coldwater.org.
The City Council will consider adopting the Recreational Master Plan after a public hearing next Monday night.
