UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – Progress has been reported on the water line repair at Union City High School and it’s hoped the heat can be turned on in the near future.
But since repairs will not be done before Thursday morning, high school students will be receiving instruction through distance, or virtual, learning until further notice.
All elementary and middle school students in Union City will resume in person instruction beginning on Thursday.
The district says buses will be running normal routes to pick up those students who are in person.
This will continue each day until the repair is complete and Union City High School is heated. An announcement will go out at that time.
