ALLEN TOWNSHIP, MI (WTVB) – A 20-year-old man from Hillsdale was arrested by the Michigan State Police on marijuana related charges following a traffic stop in Allen Township Monday.
Troopers say they conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after the driver was spotted not wearing a seat belt. It was also stopped for having a loud exhaust and a cracked windshield.
They report the driver had a suspended license.
A further investigation led to the arrest of the suspect for Possession of Marijuana Second Offense, Possession with Intent to Deliver and Operating Under the Influence of Drugs Second Offense.
The suspect was arrested and lodged at the Jackson County Jail.
