COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater City Council Monday night approved a renewal with Charter Communications of the Uniform Video Services Local Franchise Agreement. Charter competes witht e Coldwater Board of Public Utilities cable system within the city limits.
The council also tabled for 30 days an offer to buy a vacant lot at 43 Race Street for $2,000. The site is the former location of a structure that was demolished late last year. The property was acquired by the city as part of the state’s tax foreclosure program. Formal action is expected during the council’s meeting November 13, 2017.
