CENTREVILLE, MI (WTVB) – The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department says they are investigating a string of larcenies from vehicles as well as motor vehicle thefts that took place between last Friday and Monday.
The Sheriff’s Department issued a brief news release on the thefts Tuesday morning but did not give out any information on where they took place or what was taken.
It did state Undersheriff Jason Bingaman is reminding the public to remove keys and any valuable items from their vehicles and to lock them.
As always, the public is encouraged to report any suspicious activity or vehicle in their area. Anyone who has information regarding these matters is asked to contact the St. Joseph County Sheriff Department.
Citizens are asked to report suspicious behavior to your local law enforcement agency.
