COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Community Health Center of Branch County Board of Trustees approved the nomination of six candidates to an expanded board once ProMedica takes over operation of the hospital January 1, 2018.
The candidates are Alicia Cole, Doctor Ronald Gibson, Doctor Richard Hartman, Christine Lewis, Cindy Longstreet and Kathy Merrill.
They were interviewed over the last month by the Board of Trustees Nominating Committee.
They along with the existing board members will be submitted to ProMedica. Their terms would start on New Years Day.
The expanded board will have at least 15 members and maybe as many as 18 depending how many ProMedica officials appoint.
