UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – The Union City Chamber of Commerce says the 120-year-old building that was the home for McGhee’s Bar and Grill is on the market.
The asking price for the property at 214 North Broadway is $39,900.
No liquor license is included for the 2,000 square foot building which has an apartment on the second floor.
The listing says no land contracts and cash offers only.

McGhee’s Bar and Grill was owned by Randy McGhee until his death in September of 2018.
