ADRIAN, MI (WTVB) – In girls high school golf, Coldwater finished second out of seven teams on Monday at the Adrian Maple Invitational at the Lenawee Country Club. Jackson Lumen Christi won the event with a team score of 371 with Coldwater in second with a 398.
Coldwater was led by Claire Sheppard who shot a 96 which put her in a three way tie for fourth place overall and earned her a spot on the All Tournament Team. Hunter Jenkot had a 97, Jayla Goodwin shot a 101, Molly Smith carded a 104, Kelly Warner had a 111 and Micki Slack rounded out the scoring with a 125.
Coldwater’s next action will be this Friday when they will host the Lady Cardinal Invitational at the Coldwater Golf Course.
