BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – Thanks to an 11-0 record, the Bronson Vikings are the number one Class C team in the state according to this weeks poll from the Michigan Interscholastic Volleyball Coaches Association. The defending state Class C champion Vikings have not lost a game yet this season as they have won a pair of tournaments.
As for other area teams, Portage Central is ranked fifth in Class A while Mattawan and Gull Lake got honorable mentions. Marshall is ranked fifth in Class B while Schoolcraft is eighth in Class C.
The poll has North Adams-Jerome fifth in Class D while Battle Creek St. Philip is ranked eighth.
