COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The major construction project on Grand and Church Streets in Coldwater is now in the home stretch.
Construction crews began paving work on Grand Street Monday morning. The street has been torn up most of the summer for the installation of new water and sewer lines.
City officials had hoped to have the streets reopened for the start of the school year August 22, but weather and subcontractor delays in July put the project behind schedule.
