Linda was born on Saturday, August 27, 1949 to Jack and Genevieve (Laurell) Sines in Hillsdale. She Married Merle Bearden on October 12, 1968 and together they had 3 sons. That marriage ended in divorce. On February 24, 1983 she married Shannon Rowe and he preceded her in death on September 22, 2000. Linda was a lover of all things sports, especially the Detroit Lions and the Detroit Tigers. She loved everything about going to Comerica Park. She loved spending time at the casino and enjoyed being a people watcher everywhere she went. Linda had worked at Paper Tube in Jonesville in her younger years and still enjoyed meeting her coworkers for monthly lunch. She was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church in Coldwater for many years and also attended St. Anthony Catholic Church in Hillsdale where she grew up. Especially in her later years, Linda enjoyed time with her friends and family more than anything. She was well loved by all who knew her and had a loving and giving nature.
She is survived by her sons Charles M. (Kelly) Bearden and Paul Bearden both of Jonesville, her sister Debbie (Dave) Burke of Hillsdale, her friend and longtime caregiver Pam (Mike) Cappella of Coldwater, 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, many others who loved her and her sweet dog Nala Fay.
In addition to her husband Shannon Rowe, Linda was preceded in death by her parents, her son Andrew Bearden and her 3 cats Hogan, Friday and Fancy. We would like to thank Dr. Barbara McGrath and her amazing staff for the many years of excellent care and kindness that they offered to us.
Memorials in Linda’s name may be made to ProMedica Cancer Center in Coldwater to be used for direct needs of patients, and to Hospice of Hillsdale.
