COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater Community Schools has posted the opening for the Principal job at Lakeland Elementary School as long time Principal Gary Dancer has been promoted.
He will become the district’s new Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction on July 1.
Dancer will be taking over from Penny Brockway who recently resigned. His appointment as Assistant Superintendent is scheduled to be formally approved by the Coldwater School Board of Education during their next meeting on June 24.
Applications to be the next Principal at Lakeland Elementary will be accepted by the district through June 19 or until the position is filled.

In addition, the district still needs to fill the Coldwater High School assistant principal job after Krista Searles retired.
