LANSING, MI (WTVB) – Branch County Circuit Court Judge Bill O’Grady and 35th District State Representative Andrew Fink are among those on a preliminary list of candidates released by the Michigan Republican Party who are running for seats on the Michigan Supreme Court.
The candidates on the preliminary list for various offices filed ahead of the August 2024 Michigan Republican Convention.
Candidates who did not submit their necessary paperwork by the June 11 deadline will still have an opportunity to gain ballot access if they meet necessary requirements by July 26 at 5:00 p.m..
O’Grady is among the candidates for four year terms on the Michigan Supreme Court. The others are Alexandria Taylor and former Michigan Attorney General candidate Matthew Deperno.
Fink is running for an eight year term on the Supreme Court along with Mark Boonstra.
